INTEGRATION AGREEMENT WITH GT3 FOR ONLINE
GROUND TRANSPORTATION RESERVATIONS

Carey International, Inc. today announced that it has executed an agreement with Ground Travel Technology Team, Inc. (GT3) to automate the processing of reservations originating from GT3's ground transportation reservation platform to Carey's Global Reservations System.
