Vehicles are the easy part. Ground Control adds the people who run them on site—an account lead, an event coordinator, and dispatch stationed at the venue for the duration, making decisions in real time rather than routing them through a call centre.
Yes. Ground Control travels. If your event is in a market we don’t sit in, we deploy an experienced dispatch team to it and build the operation around the venue, drawing on our worldwide network for vehicles and chauffeurs.
Ground Control is built for complexity, not headcount. A ten-vehicle board meeting or a fifty-guest wedding is usually served well by our standard local service—we’ll tell you honestly which one you need.
