About the Alliance Partner Network.

Fully vetted, independent companies providing chauffeured transportation in cities without a Carey-branded franchise.

Each is evaluated, inspected and audited before receiving reservations, and must offer the best transportation in its city — in Sweden, the Volvo S80 in our Executive Sedan class.

Working with Carey is easier than you'd think.

Here's how the relationship works day to day — from the moment a client makes a booking to the journey being completed in your city.

  1. booking step 1

A Carey client books their trip

A corporate client, travel manager, or executive assistant books through CareyConnect, the Carey app, or by phone.

  2. booking step 2

The trip comes to your operation

When the booking is in your city, Carey's dispatch system routes it to your operation through CareyConnect.

  3. booking step 3

You take care of the journey

Your chauffeur meets the client and completes the journey — professional, punctual, and prepared for every detail.

  4. booking step 4

    Billing handled for you

Once the trip is completed, Carey handles the client invoice, so you can focus on the next journey instead of billing.

Things people often ask.

Common questions from operators considering Alliance partnership. Please get in touch if you don't find what you need here.

An Alliance Partner is an independent ground transportation operator who receives Carey bookings in their market and meets Carey's service standards — while keeping their own brand, vehicles, and identity. You run your own operation; Carey provides the client flow. It's a professional relationship built around shared standards, not a licensing or branding arrangement.

When a Carey client books travel in a market where an Alliance Partner operates, Carey's dispatch system routes the trip to the approved partner for that territory. Where multiple partners cover the same area, trip allocation follows operational criteria managed by Carey's dispatch team. Your dedicated partner contact at Carey can give you a more specific picture for your market.

No. Alliance Partners keep their own brand, vehicles, and identity. Your vehicles do not need Carey livery — you remain your own operation. The expectation is that your vehicles and chauffeurs meet Carey's service standards, which are about quality and professionalism rather than cosmetic branding.

Carey handles the client-facing billing. Your clients — who are Carey's corporate accounts — receive invoices from Carey, not from your company directly. Settlement between Carey and your operation is managed through your Alliance agreement. Your partner contact will explain the billing structure in detail during the vetting process.
