Carey handles the client-facing invoice. You don't bill the passenger directly — settlement between Carey and your operation is handled monthly through your Alliance agreement, with full transparency on every trip.
As an Alliance Partner you remain your own company — Carey routes bookings to you and you meet the service standard, but you keep your own name and identity. As a Franchise Partner you operate as Carey in your territory, with full brand adoption and a formal agreement. Most operators begin as Alliance Partners. If franchise is something you'd like to explore, mention it in your application.
