RESERVE A VEHICLE
The reliable option is a pre-reserved chauffeured vehicle. SoFi Stadium sits in Inglewood, roughly four miles from LAX, and on game day the surrounding streets operate under a controlled traffic plan with limited drop-off access. Your vehicle is routed against that plan in advance, and drop-off is in the lot your parking pass allows, the same lot where your chauffeur collects you after the game.
A private chauffeured transfer. LAX to SoFi Stadium is about a 20 to 30 minute drive in normal conditions and considerably longer the week of the game. Carey meets you inside the terminal with meet & greet and tracks your flight so your chauffeur is there when you land, even if your flight is delayed. LAX is the major commercial gateway. Private arrivals are met at Van Nuys, which handles the bulk of game-week private aviation, and at the Santa Monica, Torrance and Hollywood Burbank FBOs. Santa Monica is the shortest run for guests staying in Malibu or on the Westside; Torrance is closest for the South Bay.
Game-day service is quoted at 12 hours for sedans and SUVs and 14 hours for all other vehicles, which covers pickup, waiting through the game and the return. Rates vary by vehicle class and duration, are quoted all-inclusive in writing at the time of reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, your rate does not change.
On game day the streets around SoFi Stadium operate under a controlled access plan. Carey is credentialed to operate inside it, which is why pre-reserved chauffeured service is the practical way in and out.

Your location is based on the parking pass you provide or purchase from Carey. All passengers are dropped off in the lot that matches that pass, and it is the same lot where you are collected afterwards. Your chauffeur is staged there before the game ends and confirms the exact location by text before you leave your seat.

Yes, at any scale, from a pair of executive SUVs to motorcoach shuttle loops between hotels, hospitality venues and SoFi Stadium. Programs include vetted, background-checked chauffeurs, credentialed access where you hold it, discreet post-game staging, and optional executive protection. One named coordinator owns the manifest and the weekend bills to a single invoice.

The whole week. Most corporate programs run Thursday through Monday: airport arrivals, sponsor dinners, hospitality events, shuttle loops between hotel and venue, and departures. One coordinator owns the schedule and one invoice covers it.

As early as you can. Los Angeles fleet is allocated months ahead, and game-day vehicles are committed well before the teams are known. Reserving now costs nothing to change: dates and vehicle classes can be adjusted as your plans firm up.
