Niki Yazdanian is Vice President, Global Brand Marketing at Carey International, bringing over 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing and business development across the luxury mobility, travel, property and hospitality sectors. She is recognised for building high-value partnerships, shaping brand strategy and driving sustained revenue growth.
Since joining Carey in 2012, Niki has led national sales and brand initiatives, delivering consistent growth and strengthening Carey’s position as the trusted partner for leading global corporations. Earlier in her career, Niki held senior sales roles at London Linen Supply, where she secured multi-site contracts with national hotel and restaurant chains, and at Sinclairs Estate Agency, where she marketed and sold high-value residential and commercial real estate across London.
Niki holds a BA (Hons) in Event Management and Marketing from Leeds Beckett University and graduated with First Class Honours. She is fluent in English and Persian.
Mario Flores emigrated from El Salvador in 1976 and built a successful career in the oil industry before transitioning into the chauffeuring profession. After a decade driving corporate executives in the Bay Area, he joined Carey International in 2011, drawn by the company’s professional culture and competitive benefits. Ritu Pinisetti is Chief of Staff at Carey International, where she supports the CEO and executive team on strategy, corporate development, and organizational transformation.
Ritu brings experience in consulting, investment advisory, and corporate finance across India and the United States. She began her career at Deloitte, supporting Fortune 500 clients on compliance and operational improvement initiatives. She later joined Sattva Consulting, where she designed financial and operational models for more than $16 million in strategic investments and launched workforce programs reaching over 3 million workers.
Most recently, Ritu served as an Investment Associate with CapShift, conducting diligence on opportunities across artificial intelligence, healthcare, and consumer sectors. Her background spans both advisory and operator roles, giving her a unique perspective on scaling organizations through data-driven decision making and financial discipline.
Ritu holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Ron Hoye is the President of Meetings and Events at Carey International, where he oversees all aspects of the company’s meetings and events business. He is focused on maintaining Carey’s reputation for service excellence while driving the rapid expansion of this premier business unit.
During his 27 years with Carey, Ron has held a variety of leadership roles across the company’s U.S. operations. He has served as Vice President and General Manager of Carey DC and South Florida, Regional Vice President of the East Region, President of Carey Chicago, and most recently as Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations.
In addition to his leadership roles, Ron has managed transportation logistics for many of the world’s highest-profile events, including 18 Super Bowls, NBA All-Star Games, IMF–World Bank Annual Meetings, and White House Correspondents’ Dinners.
Greg Mendoza is the Regional Vice President of International Operations at Carey International, where he oversees service delivery and operational excellence across the company’s worldwide network. Since his appointment in 2013, he has led Carey’s international business, ensuring consistency of standards and client experience across global markets.
Greg joined Carey in 2004 following the acquisition of Avis Prestige’s chauffeur drive business in London. Initially responsible for business development, he played a key role in integrating the two organizations and aligning their operations. In 2005, he was promoted to Vice President and General Manager, where he led Carey UK through a period of substantial growth and strengthened the brand’s reputation for industry-leading service.
He began his career in the car rental industry, managing major locations for Alamo Rent a Car at Heathrow, Central London, and Manchester. This customer-facing experience shaped his strong client-focused leadership style, which has been a hallmark of his career.
Eric Powell is the Regional Vice President for Carey International’s Central Region, overseeing operations, sales, and service delivery across one of the company’s most dynamic markets. Since his appointment in 2021, he has guided the region through the post-pandemic recovery, stabilizing operations while elevating service standards.
Prior to this role, Eric served as Vice President and General Manager for Carey Dallas, where he strengthened local operations and developed key client relationships. He previously held leadership roles in Carey’s Indianapolis operation, including Director of Operations and Reservations Supervisor. During this time, he was recognized by a destination management company for outstanding customer service, reflecting his commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Eric began his career in 2001 as General Manager of Classic Touch Limousine in Indiana, where he oversaw daily operations, cultivated long-term client relationships, and led a team focused on premium service delivery. He joined Carey International in 2010, bringing nearly a decade of proven leadership and operational expertise that has fueled his continued success within the company.
Eric holds a degree from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music. Fluent in Spanish, he lived in Mexico City for four years, where he performed with the Orquesta del Estado de México under Maestro Enrique Bátiz.
Luis Galindo is the Regional Vice President for Carey International’s West Region, overseeing operations and sales across California and Mexico. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in transportation solutions to this role.
Luis joined Carey in 2006 as Vice President and General Manager of San Francisco, where he led operations, fleet, HR, and safety. His leadership helped strengthen Carey’s presence in one of its most competitive markets and positioned him for broader regional responsibility. In 2014 Luis was promoted to Regional Vice President, overseeing the Carey Operations in Indinapolis, Dallas, Los Angeles and San Francisco and in 2016, Luis launched the Carey Houston Operation.
Before joining Carey, Luis held senior leadership roles in global transportation and logistics. He served as a Senior Manager for FedEx, where he gained deep expertise in operational efficiency and service reliability, and later as Regional Vice President for Brinks’ Incorporated Pacific Region, overseeing security logistics across a wide geography.
Luis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University’s School of Business.
Jeff Fralick is the Regional Vice President of Carey International’s East Region. In his previous role as General Manager of New York, he led our largest subsidiary through the post-pandemic recovery, implementing strategies that stabilized the business and elevated service standards.
Approaching three decades in the transportation industry, Jeff has built a distinguished career rooted in operational excellence and strategic leadership. He began his career at CSX Railroad as an Operations and Dispatch Supervisor, later rising to Fleet Manager, where he gained critical experience in trucking logistics and large-scale transportation management.
In 2004, Jeff transitioned into luxury ground transportation, applying his logistics expertise to a service-driven industry. He went on to lead Carey’s Kansas City franchise as General Manager, where he strengthened operations and client service. His success in that role paved the way for his leadership of Carey New York, the company’s flagship market.
Known for his hands-on leadership and commitment to service quality, Jeff continues to drive operational improvements while ensuring Carey’s clients receive world-class experiences.
Nathaniel Wilson is the General Counsel of Carey International, where he oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for the company. A transportation and logistics legal strategist, Nathaniel has supported Carey’s most high-profile events and clients, ensuring their journeys are seamless, safe, and confidential. He is known for turning complex legal and regulatory challenges into practical, business-minded solutions that support the company’s growth and operations worldwide.
Before joining Carey, Nathaniel worked in the financial institutions group of a prominent law firm and served as a law clerk for a Fortune 100 bank. His background in financial services law gave him a strong foundation in risk management, compliance, and transactional work, which he has carried into the transportation and mobility sector.
Nathaniel earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is a member of the Virginia Bar.
Georgia Grover is the Chief Financial Officer at Carey International, where she oversees all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, treasury, and risk management. Appointed CFO in 2020, she plays a key role in guiding the company’s long-term growth and stability.
Georgia brings more than two decades of experience in financial operations, internal controls, and business strategy. She began her career as an auditor at a regional CPA firm in Washington, D.C., before moving into leadership roles at a global, publicly traded biotechnology company.
She joined Carey International in 2006 as Assistant Controller and advanced steadily through finance leadership roles, serving as Vice President, Corporate Controller, before being appointed Chief Financial Officer. Her track record reflects both technical expertise and strong leadership, qualities that have helped strengthen Carey International’s financial foundation and resilience.
A Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Maryland, Georgia combines rigorous financial discipline with a deep understanding of the company’s operations and strategy.
She is a graduate of the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
