Real time vehicle tracking is available to travelers through the use of the Carey mobile app. Vehicle location becomes enabled on the app approximately 15-minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

For travel managers, arrangers and other professionals involved in ground transportation management, real-time vehicle tracking is available on www.careyconnect.com.

Yes, all changes made through the mobile app are visible to you on Carey Connect as long as you were the individual who booked the original reservation or you have FULL access to the traveler’s profile.

There is no fee for using any of the Carey International suite of booking tools. Web and Mobile app usage is part of the Carey International experience.

Carey allows travelers and arrangers to customize which notifications are sent in addition to how. Profile management screens are accessible to travelers through the Carey Mobile app as well as Carey.com. Arrangers, Travel Managers and Travel Agents can customize their arranger profile settings on CareyConnect.com and manage the preferences of travelers for whom they have FULL access.
